About
A locksmith company. Not a call center.
Search for a locksmith and a lot of what answers is a dispatch desk in another state. It sells your job to whoever is free. We are the people who turn up.
The short version
San Fran Locksmith has worked in San Francisco since 2019.
It is a licensed California Locksmith Company, number 7237, registered at 2021 26th St, Unit 202, San Francisco, CA 94107. The State's record is public. Here is how to check it.
We own our vans and our equipment. Keys are cut and programmed at the curb, out of the van. That is why a lost car key does not mean a tow to a dealer.
Somebody answers the phone at any hour, in English or Spanish. A person, not a menu.
What we are not
Not a lead broker
We do not sell your job on. The people who answer this number are the people who come.
Not a bait price
You get a price range on the phone, before anyone is dispatched. If what we find changes it, you hear that before the work starts.
Not a drilling service
Sometimes drilling is the only honest answer. Usually it is not. A locksmith who reaches for the drill first is saving his own time at the cost of your hardware.
The address question, answered straight
Our registered address is printed on this site and on the State license: 2021 26th St, Unit 202, San Francisco, CA 94107.
It is not a shop you walk into. We are mobile. The work happens at your car, your door or your building, and the van is the workshop.
We print it anyway. A locksmith who will not say where he is registered is a locksmith you cannot check.
Spanish
We take calls in Spanish at any hour. The whole site exists in Spanish too.
Not a translated landing page bolted on the side. The same site, written again. Ver el sitio en español.
